Plywood

Proton Ply is made from selected high density core and face which are treated with Anti termite additives and are further bonded with in-house specially manufactured Phenol Formaldehyde BWP Grade resin, which is Eco-Friendly and non-hazardous to human and animal. Swat Ply comes with double pressed thick face on both sides. Furthur, the finished plywood is subjected to proper chemical treatment with water soluble fixed type preservatives under vacuum pressure to ensure protection against wood destroying organisms and to make the product borer/termite proof and fungi free. SWAT Ply goes through seven step rigorous testing to make it dimensionally stable and anti warp in both dry and humid conditions.

Proton Ply Marine Grade is made of well selected pieces of core and face veneer which are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde BWP Grade resin under high temperature and pressure. Furthur, the finished plywood is subjected to proper chemical treatment with water soluble fixed type preservatives under vacuum pressure to ensure protection against wood destroying organisms and to make the product insect, borer, termite and fungi free. This specific stress relieving treatment is also given to check anti- warp properties of plywood. The same makes it dimensionally stable in both excessive wet and dry condition throughout its life.

Blockboard

Proton Ply blockboard is manufactured with imported seasoned planks of Pinewood. The planks are first treated with special preservatives to resist borer, termite and fungi attacks, and then kiln dried at a technical temperature schedule. Our tough temperature treatment and other control parameters are rare in the industry and helps in getting balanced and straight planks to work with. With a high MOE and MOR factor, Proton Ply Blockboards are suitable for Indian conditions. They have high mechanical strength and are dimensionally stable and warp free.

MARINE PLY

Proton Ply Marine Grade is made of well selected pieces of core and face veneer which are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde BWP Grade resin under high temperature and pressure. Flush Door

Proton Flush Doors are manufactured with imported pinewood and well maintained in-house resin. Our high tech manufacturing facilities coupled with stringent quality control measures at each stage of the manufacturing process ensure doors which are sturdy, elegant and dimensionally stable. Bonded with Boiling Water Proof grade, Synthetic Phenol Formaldehyde Resin {batch tested in our own hi-tech laboratories}, the doors are hot pressed under proper temperature and pressure to be de- lamination free. Thus Solid Flush Doors never bend or warp under normal conditions.

Film Faced Shuttering Plywood

Proton Film Face Ply is made with selected hardwood veneers where BWP grade of Phenol Formaldehyde resin conforming to IS 848:1974 is used for bonding. The end product is durable, superior film faced shuttering Ply. The strength of the ply is in line with expected amount of load and the vibration caused while working with concrete. Different types of shuttering ply are available depending on density viz. 30kg, 34kg etc. A 30 Kg Solid shuttering ply easily gives 24 to 30 repetitions. Thus, for the flexible and imaginative minds Proton Ply presents the magical Flexi Ply, which can be moulded and bent into any shape without clipping, cracking, peeling or staining.

QUALITY CONTROL

We are ISO 14001 Certified company. During the assembly of a plywood, resin coated core veneers are placed along with dry wood panels. The assembled core and panels are then placed in hydraulic hot press at defined temperature and pressure. when pressure is applied then resin should penetrate the core and panel vertically for stronger bonding.

We ensure that we follow industry best practices during the entire process. All our working members are provided safety gear and they are skilled / trained which ensures highest quality output.
